2. Ordering Process
Order Placement: All orders must be placed through our website. Ensure that all details, including design specifications, sizes, and quantities, are correct before submitting the order.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices: All prices listed on our website are in rupees and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery.
Sales Tax: Where applicable, sales tax will be added to your order.
4. Production and Delivery
Production Time: Our standard production time is 6 days from the date your artwork is approved. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping: We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. Zenonik is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5. Design and Print Quality
Print Variations: Minor variations in color or alignment may occur during the printing process. These variations are within industry standards and are not considered defects.
6. Returns and Refunds
Custom Orders: Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Refunds: If there is a defect in the product or an error in the order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund, after reviewing we will credit the amount within 5-7 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All designs, logos, and other intellectual property created by Zenonik remain our property. Customers retain ownership of any original designs
8. Limitation of Liability
Zenonik will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from the performance or failure of our service.
