Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Zenonik, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise, so we’ve designed our Cancellation and Refund Policy to be as clear and fair as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy before placing your order. 

1. Order  Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Production
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before we begin production on your custom t-shirts. Once we start the production process, cancellations are no longer possible due to the customized nature of our products.

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@zenonik.com or +91 9958303150 with your order details. Our team will confirm if production has begun and, if eligible, will process your cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders: If production has not yet started, you will receive a full refund of your order amount, including shipping charges.

1.2 Cancellation After Production Begins
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations once the production process has started. This includes any custom designs or personalized apparel. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility
We aim to provide high-quality products, but if your order is defective or incorrect, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a clear manufacturing defect (such as incorrect printing or damaged fabric), we will offer a full refund or a replacement.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong items (wrong size, color, or design from what was ordered), we will provide a refund or replacement.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Customer Errors: Incorrect sizes, design mistakes, or wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Design Variations: Slight variations in color, alignment, or placement of design. These minor differences are common in custom printing processes.
General Wear and Tear: Any damage caused by improper care, washing, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund.

2.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at info@zenonik.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Photos of the defect or incorrect items (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

2.4 Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

3. Replacement Policy

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product. If you prefer a replacement over a refund, let us know, and we will work to get your replacement order processed as quickly as possible.

3.1 Shipping of Replacement Items
Shipping costs for the replacement of defective or incorrect items will be covered by zenonik.

4. Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for reasons like size, color, or design preferences. Please double-check your size and design specifications before finalizing your order.
