1. Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping both domestically and internationally. Whether you’re placing an order from within India or from overseas, we’ll ensure your custom apparel reaches you.

1.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to all locations within India.
Estimated delivery times for domestic shipping vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
1.2 International Shipping
We ship to most international locations.
Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary based on destination and shipping method. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates

2.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method.
You will be able to view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
Production Time: Custom t-shirt orders require a production period before shipping. Our standard production time is 3 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Processing Time: Once production is complete, orders are processed for shipping within 5 business days.
Please note that production times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or if any issues arise with your design. We will inform you of any delays.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery.

Domestic Orders: Expect updates as your package moves through the carrier’s system until it is delivered.
International Orders: Tracking for international shipments will include customs clearance information and estimated delivery times, though there may be additional delays based on customs processes in your country.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please keep in mind that shipping times are in addition to production times.

Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Orders: Delivery times range from 15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance processes.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, some factors may cause delays, including:

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

6.1 Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
