- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

From time to time, Zenonik may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

- Someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.
Zenonik is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address
