Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items in the following situations:
- Wrong size received
- Defective or damaged product
- Incorrect item delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team through the Contact Us page.
- Share your order number and reason for the request.
- Attach supporting photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our support team.
Please do not return any product without prior approval.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Zenonik will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the product if it meets the eligibility criteria.
Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Zenonik reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or misuse after delivery.
